Our manager, Karlie, is a dedicated and experienced designer with tons of customer service experience. Before becoming a florist, Karlie was a hair stylist! Her favorite flowers are tulips and peonies, she loves the Astros, and if you stop by the shop you may see her son Parker playing!

A local delivery fee of $16.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

What are you doing in store to protect from COVID-19?
The safety of our employees and the public are of utmost importance to us. We are running a smaller in store staff and allowing all staff members the opportunity to practice social distancing.
Staff who remain at work are required to wash hands at least every two hours and all of our high touch surfaces are being sanitized regularly.
Can you deliver at nursing homes or assisted living centers?
Effective March 18, 2020 we are restricted from delivering to most, if not all nursing homes and assisted living centers in the area in order to protect their residents. We ask that you provide a residential delivery address or choose will call and we're happy to facilitate in store or curbside pick up for you.
Can you deliver to a hospital?
Effective March 18, 2020 we are restricted from delivering to most, if not all hospitals in the area. We ask that you provide a residential delivery address or choose will call and we're happy to facilitate in store or curbside pick up for you.
How is your delivery team responding to the Coronavirus pandemic?
Our delivery team is wearing latex gloves at this time for their safety and for the safety of others and practicing regular hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
Can I request a "No Contact" delivery?
Yes - we offer convenient 'No Contact' delivery for anyone trying to avoid unnecessary contact during the COVID-19 outbreak. We're happy to leave your gift on the porch or front doorstep and our delivery team will call your recipient to let them know that they should check the front porch or doorstep.
